I’m Michelle, Founder of Silent Voices360. My work in senior care began long before SV360 — in living rooms, kitchens, facility hallways, and quiet moments where elders needed someone to truly see them. Through Silent Voices Home Care, I supported seniors and families hands-on, witnessing both the beauty of aging and the vulnerabilities that too often go unnoticed.
Over time, I realized that many seniors needed more than support — they needed protection, advocacy, and someone willing to speak when they could not. That insight became the foundation for SV360. What began as a broad service agency quickly evolved into a focused mission: to bring courage, clarity, and accountability to the spaces where seniors are most at risk.
Today, SV360 stands as a commitment to ethical oversight and trauma-informed advocacy — shaped by years of direct experience and driven by the belief that every elder deserves to be protected, respected, and heard.
Advocacy Saves Lives
Over the years, I’ve seen how easily elders — especially those without family or strong advocates — can be overlooked, dismissed, or quietly harmed. Abuse doesn’t always scream. Neglect doesn’t always leave bruises. Often, it’s the silence that speaks the loudest.
Families are overwhelmed. Systems are stretched thin. Seniors living with memory loss, isolation, or emotional vulnerability can slip through the cracks without anyone noticing.
SV360 exists to change that — to bring attention to the quiet spaces, to intervene before harm escalates, and to ensure that no elder is left unseen or unprotected.
