Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@silentvoices360.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

SV360 provides presence‑based support for older adults and their care partners. Our work centers on dignity, emotional steadiness, and relational clarity — not clinical care or task‑based services. We offer two forms of support: Dignity Observation and Supportive Companionship.

A Dignity Observer offers professional, relational oversight. This includes noticing changes, observing well‑being, communicating with family or care partners, and providing a calm, grounded presence. It is not medical or hands‑on care — it is dignified monitoring rooted in relationship.

A Supportive Companion provides warm, social connection through conversation, shared activities, quiet presence, and emotional comfort. This role does not include oversight, monitoring, or documentation.

Choose a Dignity Observer when you need:

  • Someone to notice changes or patterns
  • Regular updates or communication
  • A steady presence during transitions or vulnerable moments
  • Oversight that supports dignity and emotional well‑being

Choose a Supportive Companion when you need:

  • Social engagement
  • Emotional comfort
  • Light activities or shared moments
  • A warm presence without monitoring or documentation

Some individuals benefit from both, depending on the day or situation.

Yes. The same person may serve as a Supportive Companion on some days and a Dignity Observer on others. The distinction lies in the intention and responsibility of the visit — not the individual providing it.

No. SV360 does not provide clinical, medical, or hands‑on personal care.
Our work is relational, observational, and presence‑based.

Yes. When serving as a Dignity Observer, we communicate with staff as needed to support clarity, safety, and dignity. Supportive Companions may communicate lightly if requested by the family.

Every situation we support is unique, and the level of involvement needed can vary widely. Because of this, SV360 doesn’t use a one‑size‑fits‑all price list.

Instead, we take a moment to understand:

  • the type of support you’re seeking
  • the frequency or intensity of involvement
  • the specific needs of your loved one or resident

From there, we provide a clear, tailored estimate so you know exactly what to expect — no pressure, no assumptions, and no surprises.

If you’d like to explore what your situation may require, reach out anytime. We’re happy to talk through your needs and offer guidance.

Home‑care agencies provide task‑based or hands‑on care.
SV360 provides professional relational presence, which includes:

  • emotional labor
  • observation
  • communication
  • documentation
  • coordination
  • boundary‑based support

The work is different in purpose, responsibility, and outcome.

Yes. Monthly oversight provides consistent visits, regular updates, and a steady presence for families who want ongoing relational monitoring.

Absolutely. Many families rely on SV360 for local presence, updates, and peace of mind when they cannot be nearby.

A visit may include:

  • quiet presence
  • gentle conversation
  • observing well‑being
  • noticing changes
  • light engagement (reading, music, shared activities)
  • communication with family or staff (for DO visits)

Each visit is shaped around what feels supportive for the individual.

Yes. Our presence‑based model is especially supportive for individuals living with dementia. We offer calm, grounded companionship and gentle observation without clinical expectations.

SV360 provides independent, presence‑based oversight during each visit. We observe the environment, interactions, and care patterns to identify concerns related to safety, dignity, or unmet needs. While we do not conduct investigations, we document what we see and help families understand when something may require further attention or formal reporting.

Our role is to ensure your loved one is not overlooked, dismissed, or left without the care they deserve.

Yes. Dignity Observers can attend meetings to provide relational insight, share observations, and support clarity for families and care teams.

Yes. We can support individuals during transitions such as:

  • returning from the hospital
  • moving into a new care setting
  • changes in routine or environment
  • periods of emotional vulnerability

We service Marion County and most of the surrounding counties.

Yes. Needs change — sometimes week to week.
We can blend Supportive Companionship and Dignity Observation based on what feels most supportive.

We adjust gently.
Our model is flexible, relational, and responsive to the individual’s well‑being and the family’s needs.

SV360 is not task‑based care.
We offer:

  • emotional steadiness
  • relational presence
  • gentle oversight
  • clear communication
  • dignity‑centered support

Our work fills the gap between companionship and clinical care — the space where presence, noticing, and relational clarity matter most.

We begin with a simple conversation to understand what feels supportive.
There is no pressure or expectation — just clarity, connection, and next steps.
